This is the NYC Netrunner Startup Circuit Opener tournament. All Nisei cards will be legal for this tournament, along with any spoiled cards from the Borealis cycle. This means: Ashes Cycle (Downfall + Uprising), System Update, System Gateway, and Borealis spoilers.

Registration: 10:30 am First round: 11:00 am We will be running this tournament as Single Sided Swiss. 35 minute rounds, one randomized side (corp or runner) against each opponent.
